為辦理本校115年度校區水塔清洗作業，部分館舍清洗日期調整如下，請相關單位及使用者留意停水時間，並預先因應配合。
一、依本校115年5月27日政總字第1153000086號函辦理。
二、本次水塔清洗作業部分館舍排程調整如下：
（一）行政大樓水池：調整至115年8月15日（星期六）辦理。
（二）藝文中心、藝文中心禮堂、六期運動場、國際大樓（語視中心）水池：調整至115年8月16日（星期日）辦理。
三、其餘館舍水塔清洗作業時間維持原排程不變，詳如附件排程表。如遇颱風或天候惡劣等不可抗力因素，致無法如期施作，將另行公告調整日期。
四、各館舍水塔清洗當日，請該館舍管理人員協助開啟門禁，供廠商進場施作，並請確認廠商是否配戴蓋有本組圓戳章之識別證。
五、水塔清洗當日，浴廁及飲水機將停水或間歇性停水；停水及恢復供水時間，將依當日清洗順序及完成時間而定，正常情況下不會整日停水。
六、停水期間請勿開啟水龍頭，以免污水進入管線或造成氣塞。恢復供水後，請先開啟水龍頭放流數分鐘，待管線內髒水排放乾淨後再行使用。
七、請相關業管單位於停水前確認飲水機設備是否已確實關閉，並於水塔清洗完成且恢復正常供水後，再開放飲水機使用。
八、停水後恢復供水時，部分建物揚水馬達可能無法自動復歸啟動，致水池補水、浴廁或飲水機供水異常。請各業管人員於復水後協助巡檢建物水池及供水狀況；如遇設備故障，請即時通報修繕。
九、請各單位依業務權責，將本公告及所屬館舍排程表張貼於公布欄或其他適當場所，以利周知。本公告如有未盡事宜，請各單位依業務權責自行調整並協助宣導。

We will be conducting our annual water storage tank cleaning throughout July and August, which will result in temporary water outages.
Please refer to the attached schedule and follow the instructions below:
1.Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to typhoons or other adverse weather conditions. We will provide updates regarding any changes to the schedule as necessary.
2. On the cleaning day, please ensure that building management staff is available to facilitate access control for the authorized cleaning crew to the water storage tanks. Ensure all cleaning crew members display identification cards stamped with our official seal.
3. Water supply to bathrooms and water dispensers will be intermittently suspended on the cleaning day. The exact duration of the outage will vary depending on the cleaning sequence and completion time for each tank. Water outage is not expected to last the entire day in most instances.
4. To prevent air blockages by sewage, please refrain from turning on faucets during the water outage. After water supply resumes, allow the water to run for a few minutes until it appears clear before regular use.
5. Please ensure all water dispensers are turned off before the water supply is suspended. Resume using water dispensers only after the cleaning process is complete and the water supply has been fully restored.
6.Following a water outage, booster pumps in some buildings may fail to automatically restart. This could result in an insufficient water supply to storage tanks, leading to shortages for bathrooms and water dispensers. Building management staff are advised to inspect the water tanks and water supply after service is restored. If any malfunction is found, please report the issue immediately.
7. Please display this notice and the attached schedule throughout your building on bulletin boards or other designated areas. If there are any issues not covered in this announcement, please disseminate the adjusted announcement according to your authority and responsibility.
